Using this site
These terms govern use of the public Talty Literary website. They are not a contract for a class, workshop, reading, manuscript service, consultation, or other paid engagement.
Talty Literary is a literary-education program operated by Talty Literary Solutions, Inc. Contracts, invoices, payments, registrations, and formal notices must identify Talty Literary Solutions, Inc.
Program pages and registration
This site describes Talty Literary and its program areas. A class, event, or service can be booked only through its own page when that page provides dates, price, full terms, and a working registration or payment link.
An email starts a conversation. It does not create a booking, enrollment, instructor appointment, obligation to offer a program, or promise of availability.
Information and outcomes
A description of a program area is not a promise that a particular class, event, or service will be offered.
Talty Literary does not promise publication, representation, admission, prizes, sales, career advancement, or another specific literary outcome.
Terms for a class or service
A paid program must state its teacher, scope, dates, format, capacity, price, privacy, recording, accessibility, cancellation, and refund terms before registration.
Checkout or registration must require affirmative agreement to those terms. A footer link alone is not the service agreement.
