Website Hosting And Request Data
This website is hosted through HostM. Public DNS points to HostM infrastructure in an IP block registered to OVH Hosting, Inc. An ordinary website request can disclose the visitor's IP address, browser and device information, requested page, timestamp, referrer, and related security or server-log data.
The exact country of the primary server and remote backups, and the retention periods for server logs and backups, have not been verified. This policy does not describe the server as located in a particular city.
Email Inquiries
The current contact page uses an email link rather than a website form. If you send an email, the message and ordinary email metadata are processed by your email provider and by the Talty Literary mailbox and related mail infrastructure.
Two Contact Form 7 definitions remain preserved in WordPress for rollback or future review, but this release does not publish them or load their frontend assets. If either form is re-enabled, this policy must be updated before collection begins.
Do not attach or send a private manuscript through the general email address. Talty Literary has not published a response-time or fixed message-retention promise.
Current Website Services
The reviewed release uses system or locally available fonts and does not intentionally load Google Fonts, remote WordPress emoji images, embedded video, advertising trackers, common analytics scripts, or the GSpeech public frontend. The TLS-owned GSpeech lifetime plugin remains installed but inactive in WordPress. Its cloud console is not activated, and this release does not load its scripts or widget on public requests. TLS preserves the entitlement and configuration for possible reviewed future use; this policy must be updated before any public reactivation.
A public runtime review on August 23, 2026 found no common analytics or advertising script, no external video frame, and no cookie set by representative public GET responses. These observations describe the reviewed runtime, not a permanent guarantee. A material service change requires a new review and an updated notice.
Storage, Retention, And Sharing
Email messages may remain in mailboxes, mail logs, security logs, and provider backups. Exact retention and backup-aging periods have not been verified and no fixed duration is promised here.
Talty Literary Solutions, Inc. does not sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. This does not mean that no provider processes information: website and email providers may receive information only for the operational purposes described in this policy.
Information may be disclosed to providers that operate the website and email, or when required for security, accounting, or legal obligations. A future registration or payment service must be identified before it receives participant data.
Submitted Manuscripts
The website does not currently accept manuscript submissions. Talty Literary does not use generative AI to read, evaluate, or respond to submitted manuscripts.
