Your Guide
Morgan Talty is the author of the national bestseller Night of the Living Rez and Fire Exit. An enrolled member of the Penobscot Indian Nation, he teaches creative writing and Native American literature at the university level.
Talty Literary was born from a simple belief: writers deserve mentorship that respects their voice, their story, and their journey. Here, technology supports the craft — it never replaces it. Every program is designed with care, grounded in decades of teaching experience, and built to help you become the writer you want to be.
What Writers Say
Morgan's workshop transformed how I approach revision. For the first time, I understood what my story was really about — and had the tools to bring it out.
The mentorship program gave me exactly what I needed: honest feedback, practical guidance, and someone who genuinely cared about my growth as a writer.
